Applications to be Concrete editor-in-chief for the 2014-15 academic year are now being received.
The position involves running and editing the newspaper, managing other editors, answering emails and helping to maintain a presence in the office.
Candidates should have strong organisation and communication skills, with experience in writing and editing. A working knowledge of InDesign would also be helpful, but training for this can be provided if not.

- A 750-word proposal on your ideas for the newspaper, including priorities and improvements you would make, as well as how you might go about implementing them.
- A mock front page created in Adobe InDesign, which you can create using the computers in the Concrete office (get in touch if you need training beforehand).
- A copy of your CV detailing any relevant experience.
