The SCVA (Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts) at UEA will feature in Marvel’s latest blockbuster Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Designed by Norman Foster between 1974 and 1976, the Sainsbury Centre was a revolution of modern design.

The building was first featured by Marvel as the Avengers headquarters in 2012 in Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Marvel studios have also used the location in Ant-Man, Captain America: Civil War and most recently Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Fans can see shots of the Sainsbury Centre in Spider-Man’s latest reboot which features Tom Holland as the new face of the franchise.

Directed by Jon Watts, the film depicts Peter Parker embracing his newly found identity as the superhero.

The renowned comic book figure is mentored by Tony Stark, featured in Iron Man, one Marvel’s highest grossing franchises.

Spider-Man: Homecoming was released in cinemas today.
