Having established themselves as a force to be reckoned with in League One, Norwich continued December in fine form. On December 1st they travelled to Southend and triumphed convincing 3-0 winners - a brace from Grant Holt and a Korey Smith goal being the difference between the sides. Holt also scored the first in a 2-0 home win over Oldham. Wes Hoolahan grabbed the other goal as Norwich’s unstoppable home form continued. Norwich’s next opponents were Yeovil Town, a team they had thrashed 4-1 in Bryan Gunn’s last game in charge back in August.
