It’s a spunky novel, that once picked up provides a complete storm of emotions. I picked it up at the beginning of June not really knowing much about it. The novel left me in awe but confused over what the hell I’d just read. There were so many moments where I wanted to put the book down because of the explicit sex scenes and the general intrusiveness of Cheryl, the main character. but I found myself unable to, and I finished the book in three days. It was enlightening to read something that exposed anxiety and insecurities so colourfully. It’s weird, it’s wacky, but I’d fully recommend.
