Segments

The mirror refracts
The eyes’ limitations exposed,
You can’t take in the whole image:
Forced to focus on elements,
Gaze distorted,
Everything abstracted.
Trying to piece the fragments together is futile.
He sees the whole,
it is difficult to comprehend how the segments can be beautiful.
Revel in the alteration
Reframe as a Picasso, call yourself Cubist
There is beauty in the difference between the parts and the sum:
In the fractured.
